Sworn Duty, Fear Mongering and Lies

How dare Obama.  How dare the Democrats?

Has The United States ever had a President who has behaved more recklessly told the American people one thing and Walls Street Bankers something entirely different? According to Charlie Gasparino, Obama has exactly done just that, ..."In a series of phone calls, administration officials have told bankers that the administration will not allow a default to happen even if the debt cap isn't raised by the August 2 date Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner says the government will run out of money to pay all its bills, including obligations to bond holders. Geithner made the rounds on the Sunday talk shows saying a default is imminent if the debt ceiling isn't raised, and President Obama issued a similar warning during a Friday press conference after budget negotiations with House Republicans broke down..."

What an Outrage!   Has the United States ever had a President so bound to his Agenda that he would spend 8 1/2 months doing nothing when the economic health of the United States is in  as dire trouble as reality shows do nothing?

And while Obama has not withdrawn his threat to Seniors,  Senator Toomey R PA has re-introduced a bill  "... a bill to prioritize payments to government vendors in the event we get to Aug. 2 without raising the nation's debt limit. Instead of the fire and brimstone predicted by the president and others for failing to hike the $14.3 trillion borrowing limit, Toomey has long predicted only "disruption." The bill would give at least some certainty to Aug. 3 and beyond, mandating that Treasury pay off interest on the debt -- thus avoiding a default on our debt -- Social Security and pay for active duty military.

This is a major cause for Toomey, who penned a Wall Street Journal op-ed on this and made the Full Faith and Credit Act his first bill as a senator -- though it was voted down on party lines in March. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner has made no secret of his dislike for forcing Treasury to prioritize certain obligations, and President Obama himself has said he can't guarantee Social Security payments...."

Where is Obama's plan?  The only plan I have seen from the Whitehouse is a demand to continue red ink spending, threatening Seniors, the Military and Veterans, one reflecting resentment towards the American voting public who in November 2010 who sent a clear message to the President and both the Democratic and Republican parties to do their jobs.

Name another other of our presidents who has in one term doubled the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year.  Name one other of our presidents who had then proposed to double the debt again within 10 years. Obama demands a plan that will carry him through the 2012 election, so that his spending and policies are not a part of the next National Re-election.

Shame on every one of them.  

President Obama, the Senate and the 112th Congress have a sworn Constitutional duty to protect and defend the general welfare of the United States.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Let me be clear spending this nation into economic chaos is in clear violation of that sworn fiduciary duty.

Elected officials who are standing in opposition to cut/freeze spending and insist that the Federal Government live within it's current revenues deserve, all of them to lose their jobs. 

This nation has had 75 debt ceiling increases (since 1962).  It is well past time to freeze all spending and live within our means. 

Obama's Wimpy Burger Deficit Ceiling Strategy & Bullying of Seniors

Obama and his Administration are more than disingenuous about raising the debt ceiling.

It has been 817 days since Democrats proposed a budget,more than two years.  In May the Senate, led by Majority Leader Harry Reid roundly
defeated the 3.7 trillion dollar budget sent by President Obama by a vote of 97-0 .

President Obama would like to have the debt ceiling raised past the 2012 election with cuts stretched out over ten years. 

This is a Wimpy Burger Deal, for those of you who may not recall Popeye Cartoons, Wimpy was the cartoon character who continually promised if you gave him a hamburger today, that the would 'gladly pay you on Tuesday'.  An ethic that Democrats in the House and Senate and President Obama have adopted as a strategy to win the election in 2012.

From Hot Air, ..."In general, the president’s op-ed amounts to the same old tired suggestions — and still no real plan. It’d be one thing if the Gang of Six plan had been prepared weeks in advance, if Congress had had time to debate and amend it, if the American people had had a chance to appraise it — then the president would have been perfectly justified in speaking of it as “a promising plan.” The McConnell compromise, of course, isn’t a deficit reduction package at all. As it is, the president and the Senate said “no” to the only plan that was prepared ahead of the deadline (a deadline the president has insisted is hard and fast!)..."

On Friday, Charles Krauthammer on the Fox news panel  said of President Obama ..."This is Obama at his most sanctimonious, demagogic, self-righteous and arrogant. And given the baseline it wasn't a pretty sight..."

Where was Obama on the huge deficits, why has he waited until the very last minute?  Further why do the Democrats insist on no policy but their Agenda, one that has outspent every Congress and President in the history of the US.

If Obama thinks he will not suffer ramifications if he follows through with his threats to withhold checks to Seniors,  and  he will not be held accountable by Seniors for making that choice he has made a very bad political gamble..."Well, when it comes to all the checks, not just Social Security -- veterans, people with disabilities -- about 70 million checks are sent out each month -- if we default then we’re going to have to make adjustments. And I’m already consulting with Secretary Geithner in terms of what the consequences would be...."

According to Peter Ferrara in an article at Forbes, regarding Obama's fear mongering aimed at seniors, ..."That $2.7 trillion in the Social Security trust funds is almost 20 times what would be necessary to cover the Social Security cash flow deficit this year.


Consequently, the president’s political gamesmanship in ruminating about possibly not having the money to pay Social Security benefits is simply abusive rhetoric, taking seniors hostage to force Republicans to agree to yet another tax increase. It is conduct unbecoming of a president.

Actually, it is worse than that. The Social Security trust fund bonds are explicitly backed by the full faith and credit of the United States. Therefore, Obama is constitutionally obligated to pay the interest and principal of these bonds when due just as with the rest of the federal debt.

That is what Obama must do to fulfill his constitutionally required duty to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. The president does not have discretion under the Constitution to refuse to pay interest and principle on the national debt, including the Social Security trust fund bonds, as long as he has the money to do so, which he would even without an increase in the debt limit, or taxes, as explained above. Therefore, failing to do so, and to pay Social Security benefits as required by law, would be an impeachable offense.

Republicans have stood firm with the exception of the gang of six who pulled the rug out from under the House, and on Friday, McCain a usual member of Gangs abstained on the Senate vote for Cut Cap and Balance. 

While President Obama stands at his bully pulpit and blusters it appears that all we are getting is more hope and change and nothing in writing from President Obama. 

Shame on the Democrats for not observing their sworn fiduciary duties to pass a budget and act responsibly. 

It is time for Democrats to accept their failed big spending agenda, and to wake up, balance the budget, stop spending money we don't have and live within this nations means.

It is it time for Democrats to be exposed by all of us, since the Main Stream Media seems no more capable of a frank and candid discussion of the road to ruin this nation faces than the Democrats, a result of rampant spending and borrowing from those who are not our friends.

I looking forward to a monumental colossal devastating defeat of President Obama and the Democrats who have since the 110th Congress put Party before this nation, the peoples wishes and an agenda aimed at undoing all that makes America Exceptional.

A colossal defeat will be Democrats just desert.  They work for all of us, not just those who elected them to office, and we the people have had enough of Democrats and thier agenda.

Whitehouse Bullies Promote The Obama Programme

Once again questionable activities have surfaced from the bowels of the Whitehouse. The political machine and re-election machine appears to be ginning up at the expense of American voters.

President Obama’s Director of Progressive Media Jesse Lee, an employee of the Executive Branch at the Whitehouse whose salary is $72,000 annually has been exposed in attacking  an individual citizen  for disagreeing with and holding different political views and expressing those opinions concerning President Obama's Policies and Agenda on Twitter.

The Obama machines first average citizen target was Joe the Plumber, who confronted Obama on the Campaign trail in 2008.

During the heated debate over the Healthcare Bill, which a majority of Americans did not support passing or being signed into law, Linda Douglas encouraged Americans to turn in their neighbors who were not in favor of the bills passage via emails sent to flag@whitehouse.gov .

No matter where you stand politically as an American citizen I hope you would agree with me that this smacks of policies one would expect to see from a totalitarian government, and should not be emanating from a Whitehouse in the limited government of this Republic by a Whitehouse staffer.

Obama should immediately terminate Mr. Lee and apologize to the American public for yet one more smarmy activity from his Administration.

Instead of using lowly minions in the basement of the Whitehouse to defend his Administration, President Obama should tell the voters of America why his Administration has refused to pass or write a budget in well over 790 days. 

For two years, until January 7, 2010 holding overwhelming majorities in both houses the Obama Administration could easily have passed and sent any budget they desired to swiftly be signed into law by a willing President Obama. 

Instead of following their Constitutionally required duties the 111th Congress rushed to push Obama's Agenda down the highway to America's ruin.  Instead performing their fiduciary duties, Democrats  pushed through bill after bill, making the Federal Government ever larger and adding trillions of dollars of nation breaking debt in bills read by no one, many of which ran longer than 1,000 pages.

Obama~Over Hyped, Over Promised and Always Late

In private industry if you sell a product there are a few imperatives.

First, never ever lie to your client, or present a product that will not perform, or meet their requirements, or is illegal.  Businesses have an expectation that products goods and services will be delivered in a timely fashion agreed upon usually in advance of placing the order and in many instances have penalties to the final price if deadlines are not met.

Never publicly embarrass your client.

Never be late.  Never miss an appointment.  Never take too long to respond to your customers needs and concerns.  Call them as soon as possible when you receive a message.  Your clients time and money are an asset (your accounts receivable) to your employer or to you, if you are self employed.

Once you have broken a clients trust you will never fully regain it.

President Obama is guilty of all of these things, he has obsfucated his agenda, lied to the American Public, is not timely in his response to American hardship, refuses to accept his failed economic policies, has been rude to our allies and friendly to our enemies.  Obama has broken trust with the American voting public.

When Obama was elected millions of Americans voted altruistically for Obama to prove that this nation could and would vote for and elect a black man.

While Obama's carefully planned election won an electoral landslide the popular vote was not as narrow as the electoral college would indicate. His mandate is not as broad as the Mainstream media would lead the average voter to believe. 

The warnings signs of what an Obama Administration would promote as policy and agenda were there, but you had to work hard to find them. 

The mainstream media were so stricken by the 'charm' of Obama that they failed to fully vetted Obama's ideas, his history, policies and Obama's Post Modern Agenda American breaking ideas represented by Obama. 

This site has a review of the Obama Agenda and just how far his Republic breaking policies have evolved. Depending on your political biases this list will either have you dancing in your living room or terrified at the prospect of just how far this Post Modern American President's Agenda has taken our nation.

Obama has buried this nation in debt, and red tape. The Agendas that Obama was not  able to push through a willing 111th Congress were instead put into effect by Executive Orders. His most recent Executive order gives children of illegal immigrants college educatons.

Policy written by Cabinet Officers, from the Department of Health and Human Services, Sebeliuos has given over1400 waivers to allies and unions from the Health care bill.  Did you get one?

Ken Salazar has cancelled drilling leases and has placed many sites off limits in his restrictions on drillling and use of our natural resources, and Lisa Jackson, head of the EPA, is busy finding ways to limit drilling for oil and coal generated electricity, (causing the closings of 5 West Virgina coal burning plants), has turned off water to farmers in the San Juaquin Valley in CA, (causing their farms to go fallow and financial ruin). Steven Chu at the Department of energy, forcing a green agenda, and encouraging skyrocketing fuel and energy prices and his ridiculous position of all cars and roofs being white.  The new head of Financial regulations is writing policy that we will not discover until a few years into the future.

One after another cabinet officer is writing and creating red tape that interferes American freedom.  There are 34 very busy CZARS, writing hidden policy in offices, reporting only to Obama, who are outside of Congressional Oversight. Who can guess or imagine what vile freedom crippling policy these unregulated bureaucrats have written. Cabinet Secretaries and CZARS have permanently or temporarily made Obama's Agenda a part of our National Policy.

Obama has yet to produce a budget in 790 days and his singular latest effort failed in the Senate by a vote of 97 nays - to 0 yays.

In Obama's first Inauguration speech he promised a more transparent and open government, that bills would be placed on line for public view, he promised to change the tone and rhetoric in Washington DC. That never happened,   Republicans in the 111th Congress under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi were locked out of every piece of major legislation.  So far, things have deteriorated and the Democrats continue Obama's lead to obsfucate and delay policies that would improve our economy. 

During many national disasters since Obama's election, the ice storm in Kentucky in his first year, (never visited the state of Kentucky), the 500 year flood in Tennessee, (never visted Tennessee) and it took Obama over twenty one days to acknowledge the, and when the BP Gulf Oil Spill happened once again it was twelve or 14 days Obama reluctantly drug his feet to before he responded.  Under Obama's direction FEMA picks and chooses who will get Federal aid after floods, tornadoes, wildfires, and other emergencies.

Obama has directed Eric Holder US AG to file suit against Arizona and his Administration has encouraged 11 Central and South American nations to file Amicus briefs over SB1070, and now the state of Georgia for a similar immigration bill and Oklahoma cannot be far behind in receiving the same activity for trying to protect their state from unenforced US Coded Immigration laws on the books. Under the direction of Obama AG Eric Holder has decided not to prosecute voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party, the trial for the attackers of the USS Cole remains on hold, and Holder is still seeking a venue to try military combatants in US Civilian Court.

Under the Obama Administration our borders are more porous, and Norton the Director of ICE is less than energetic about capturing or deporting illegal aliens who have broken US coded Immigration laws and statutes. The TSA under Janet Napalitano's direction has ever more invasive procedures flying Americans must endure to board a plane.  Under the Obama Administration the ATF conducted "Fast and Furious" an entrapment to sell guns to Mexican cartels, which have cost the life of one if not more Border Agent.

Obama has been rude to allies, Netanyahu in particular, the Dahli Lama, the Queen of England, (not just once but twice), and has embraced thugs.  We voted for Libya to be on the UN Human Rights Commission before we decided to wage war against Gdaffi.  Obama has demanded that Israel accept pre-1967 borders for peace with Palestine, yet is willing to meet Ahmedinnejab with no pre-conditions.  Was mute while hundreds of thousands packed the streets in Teheran during the green revolution, and later supported the mobs fueled by the Muslim Brotherhood in Cairo and undermined Mubarek.

We as Conservatives, must be resolved that we will not split our vote, and give any third party candidates in the coming Presidential elections a vote.  We must be resolved to be active in the voting process, from working with our local county election boards to clean up voter rolls, and registering voters, educating ourselves and our neighbors to the threat Obama and his Post Modern Agenda is to our Republic and rally all we can to vote against a man that wants to 'fundamentally transform the' "more perfect union" in 1776

This is what is at stake. Our Nation. 

Embracing Dhimmitude DOD And Nidal Hassan

What person in their right mind would be able in the furthest stretches of reality call someone who without cause in a premeditated attack screaming Alua Akbar who shot and murdered 12 unarmed miltary personnel and 1 civilian,  and  wounding 32 others a Conscientious Objector?

Has our Department of defense succumbed to the vile practice of  political correctness found in dhimmitude, and accepted the tenants of sharia? 

A Conscientious Objector as defined  "is one who on the basis of religious or moral principles refuses to bear arms or participate in military service."

It cerainly appears that once again the justice for Hasan's viticms and thier families has been brought to a slow crawl in the prosecution of Major Nidal Hasan, the lone defendant in the murderous attacks of  military and civilian innocents on November the 5th November 2009.  And it appears that the Department of Defense has given this lawbreaker a dream motive to use an insanity plea and an excuse for his actions.

According to  infromation in this article from Pajama's Media , the Department of Defense has a new policy: "A shocking decision made by the secretary of the Army last month — in the case of an U.S. Army soldier with the 101^st Airborne at Fort Campbell who refused to deploy to Afghanistan claiming that Islamic law prevented him from killing other Muslims — vindicates Fort Hood killer Major Nidal Hasan. He made identical claims and threatened that “adverse events” would occur if military officials didn’t accede to shariah principles."  DoD has determined that these radicalized Muslims can after the fact claim being conscientious objectors.

Nidal Hasan in no way fits this definition.

Major Nidal Hassan used a handgun known as a 'cop killer'. According to reports in Texas, he was clean shaven on the infamous day of the shooting and was screaming Alua Akbar as he fired repeatedly at unarmed personel and civilians.  He used a  FN Herstal 5.7 tactical pistol, a semi-automatic handgun, which is called a 'Cop Killer' in his infamous attack on unarmed miltary (Armed Forces personnel are forbidden to carry weapons on base (loaded or unloaded by military code for military personnel) and likewise civilian personnel at Fort Hood.  The gun was legally purchased.

Nidal Hasan was selected as a member of the transition   team for the Obama Administration, "The task force was not officially affiliated with the White House. It was a project of the Homeland Security Policy Institute, an independent thinktank housed at George Washington University, aimed at drafting policy recommendations for the incoming Obama administration team.

Further it was known that Nidal Hasan had email exchanges with known terrorist and jihadi promoter Al Alaki in Yemen "...No less worrisome is the report's account of the FBI's handling of the Hasan case. Here was an Muslim-American in the U.S. military who was in direct email contact with Yemen-based cleric Anwar al-Awlaki—someone well known in counterterrorism circles as being the intellectual godfather of previous domestic terrorism plots—but given only the most cursory of reviews by the FBI. How and why that happened is the meat of the senators' report..."

In a most unflattering special report, made by Joseph I. Lieberman, Chairman and Susan M. Collins, Ranking Members, U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs
Washington D.C. 20510, February 2011called A TICKING TIME BOMB , published February 3, 2011, said, "...Our basic conclusion is as follows: Although neither DoD nor the FBI had specific information concerning the time, place, or nature of the attack, they collectively had sufficient information to have detected Hasan's radicalization to violent Islamist extremism but failed both to understand and to act on it. Our investigation found specific and systemic failures in the government's handling of the Hasan case and raises additional concerns about what may be broader systemic issues.

Both the FB I and DoD possessed information indicating Hasan's radicalization to   violent Islamist extremism. And, to the FBI's credit, it flagged Hasan from among the chaff of intelligence collection for additional scrutiny. However, the FBI and DoD together failed to recognize and to link the information that they possessed about Hasan:

( I) Hasan was a military officer who lived under a regimented system with strict officership and security standards, standards which his behavior during his military medical training violated; and

(2) the government had [REDACTED] communications from Hasan to a suspected terrorist, [REDACTED], who was involved in anti American activities and the subject of an unrelated FBI terrorism investigation. This individual will be referred to as the "Suspected Terrorist" in this report.

Although both the public and the private signs of Hasan's radicalizat ion to violent

Islamist extremism while on active duty were known to government officials, a string of failures prevented these officials from intervening against him prior to the attack.

• Evidence of Hasan's radicalization to violent Islamist extremism was on full display to his superiors and colleagues during his military medical training. An instructor and a colleague each referred to Hasan as a "ticking time bomb." Not only was no action taken to discipline or discharge him, but also his Officer Evaluation Reports sanitized his obsession with violent Islamist extremism into praiseworthy research on counterterrorism.

• FB I Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTfFs) are units in FBI field offices that conduct

counterterrorism investigations and are staffed by FBI agents and employees from other federal, state, and local agencies. A JTTF learned that Hasan was communicating with the Suspected Terrorist, flagged Hasan's initial [REDACTED] communications for further review, and passed them to a second JTTF for an inquiry. However, the ensuing inquiry failed to identify the totality of Hasan's communications and to inform Hasan's military chain of command and Army security officials of the fact that he was communicating with a suspected violent Islamist extremist - a shocking course of conduct for a U.S. military officer. Instead, the JTTF inquiry relied on Hasan's erroneous Officer Evaluation Reports and ultimately dismissed his communications as legitimate research.

• The JTTF that had reviewed the initial [REDACTED] communications di smissed the second JTTF's work as "slim" but eventually dropped the matter rather than cause a bureaucratic confrontation. The JTTFs now even dispute the extent to which they were in contact with each other in this case. Nonetheless, the JTTFs never raised the dispute to FBI headquarters for resolution, and entities in FBI headquarters responsible for coordination among field offices never acted. As a result, the FBI's inquiry into Hasan ended prematurely.

As noted, DoD possessed compelling evidence that Hasan embraced views so extreme that it should have disciplined him or discharged him from the military, but DoD failed to take action against him. Indeed, a number of policies on commanders' authority, extremism, and personnel gave supervisors in his chain of command the authority to take such actions. It is clear from this failure that DoD lacks the institutional culture, through updated policies and training, sufficient to inform commanders and all levels of service members how to identify radicalization to violent Islamist extremism and to distinguish this ideology from the peaceful practice of Islam.

* The redactions in this report were required by the Intelligence Community pursuant to Executive Branch classificalion policies and are the result of intensive negotiations spanning three months. We take issue with the extent of these redactions, some of which we believe are unjustified, but we have consented to them in order to produce this report in a timely manner."

Will the families and loved ones and commrades in arms of the deceased and 32 wounded be waiting for justice like those of the USS Cole for 10 years?

From my perspective it is too bad that the two police officers that shot and wounded Nidal Hasan did not shoot him dead. Since this will be a military court martial, who knows when Nidal Hasan will have his day in Military court.

If ever there was a candidate for a firing squad, it is surely Major Nidal Hasan.
