Once again, John McCain has shown why he was the worst possible candidate for the Republican Party in the 2008 election.

I am not interested in whatever his feeble excuse was to not be present for the vote and his cowardly abstention on this important vote. I can recall when John McCain was a new Senator from the State of Arizona and when McCain championed government waste.
